Really good Stay with Crispy Bacon
corner suite professional staff great food crispy bacon
I stayed for three nights in a corner suite, it has been updated since my previous visit! The staff demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. Kai Tyagi, a manager, helped sort out a room upgrade request. She surprised us with an excellent solution, and the restaurant and room service offered great options. The food arrived both delicious and hot. My wife favored the crispy breakfast bacon.
The location was great though the parking was expensive!

Contessa provides amazing dining as usual. It always delivers a good experience. The breakfast bacon was cooked perfectly and had a crispy texture. City Bar offered a library area, providing snacks and drinks including morning coffee and pastries.

The valet provided prompt service when we arrived. Check-in included an upgrade to a beautiful suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which contributed to an immaculate hotel environment .

The hotel stands across from the Commons and along the north end of a notable street. The location allows convenient walking to nearby shops. It makes exploration very accessible. It is easy to walk around or have tea, and stroll through the park.

The rooms were updated with modern amenities and designs. Our suite overlooked the city offering beautiful views. It created a nice backdrop. Housekeeping maintained every inch of the bathroom daily. They ensured perfect cleanliness.

Nice Stay at this refined Hotel
clean scent valet service attentive housekeeping restaurants
I have enjoyed three stays here between January and April. The restaurants were excellent. The valet greeted me by name when I stepped out of an Uber, that felt special. The hotel features a sophisticated, clean scent. Housekeeping folded my clothes impeccably. I also saw them scrubbing every inch of the bathroom each day.
The room service was slow at times. It took nearly 45 minutes to deliver a cup of ice cream. this did not diminish my overall satisfaction.
Location

The hotel is located across from the Commons and along the north end of a famous street. Shopping and dining options are easily accessible on foot. I found the location very convenient, though the traffic can be a bit busy.
